Service Description
- GSAi helps you find wholesale suppliers using AI-powered search technology.
- Free trial: 3 days with a limited number of searches, no card needed.
- Paid plans: More searches, detailed supplier data, MOQ, and pricing.
- Data sources: Public supplier databases and wholesale websites.
- Disclaimer: We do not guarantee that supplier information is current, accurate, or complete.
Account Rules & Acceptable Use
- Age requirement: Must be 18+ (or 16+ with parental consent where applicable).
- Accurate info: Provide correct email and business details.
- Legitimate use: Use only for real wholesale supplier needs.
- No abuse: Don't overload servers, hack, or bypass security.
- No reselling: You may not resell GSAi data, use it for competitive products, or bulk-extract supplier info.
Billing & Subscriptions
- Free trial: 3 days with a limited number of searches, no card needed. After that, the paid plans and prices are as listed on the pricing page.
- Paid plans: Monthly/annual billing.
- Cancellation: Cancel anytime, access continues until end of billing cycle.
- Refunds: No partial refunds. If our service completely fails, you may request a full refund.
- Payments: Processed securely via Stripe.
Service Limitations & Disclaimers
- Supplier accuracy: Verify details before making business decisions.
- Availability: Occasional downtime may occur.
- Transactions: We're not responsible for your relationships or deals with suppliers.
- AI limitations: AI-generated results may contain errors.
Security & Account Protection
- Keep login credentials private.
- Report unauthorized access immediately.
- Sensitive data is encrypted using industry standards.
- Two-factor authentication is available.
- We may suspend accounts for suspicious activity or terms violations.
Legal Terms & Intellectual Property
- Your searches: You own your queries and business decisions.
- Our platform: GSAi owns the software, AI models, and proprietary databases.
- Restrictions: You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or replicate our technology.
- Compliance: You're responsible for following import/export laws, sanctions, and regulations in your country.
Liability & Disputes
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is capped at the fees you paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in London.

Termination
You or GSAi may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your access ends, but you may keep any supplier data you've already exported.
