GSAi finds wholesale suppliers for products you want to sell. Name a product and it returns wholesalers who stock it, wherever they are, with their trade price, minimum order and a link to the product page, ranked for the way your business sells.
Anyone buying stock to resell, anywhere in the world: Amazon and eBay sellers, independent shops, online stores and traders. GSAi asks how you sell and where you sell from, so it can rank suppliers for your business.
Essential if you are new and sourcing your first products. Pro if you sell professionally or run a business and want our best model and more accurate results. Enterprise if several people need GSAi or you need it set up for your business. See the pricing page.
With your email address or with Google, from Get started. Email sign-ups receive a verification link first; Google sign-ins skip that step because Google has already confirmed the address.
Anywhere. GSAi searches trade suppliers worldwide, and its partner catalogues include wholesalers across the UK, Europe and beyond who ship internationally. Tell GSAi where you sell from and it tailors suppliers, prices and advice to your country.
A product name, a brand, a barcode (EAN or GTIN) or an Amazon ASIN. A plain description works too: “kids’ water bottles” or “bin bags by the case”.
No. Ask in plain words. If your request could mean several things, GSAi asks one question back rather than searching for the wrong product.
Because the right supplier for an Amazon seller is not the right supplier for a corner shop. Knowing your channel lets GSAi put suitable suppliers first and leave out ones that would not sell to you.
Three places: partner catalogues such as Qogita, the catalogues of our verified suppliers, and the open trade web, where GSAi opens the supplier pages and reads them itself.
Most finish within 25 seconds. Partner catalogue results arrive first, usually within a few seconds, and web results follow as each supplier page is read.
Yes. Paste an EAN, GTIN or Amazon ASIN and GSAi looks for that exact product. A code it does not recognise is never guessed at; it will ask you instead.
Yes. Every price shown was read from the supplier’s own page or catalogue. If a page shows no price, GSAi says so rather than estimating one.
Minimum order quantity: the smallest amount a wholesaler will sell in one order. GSAi shows it beside the price so you can see whether a supplier fits your budget before you get in touch.
So suppliers can be compared like for like. GSAi works the per-unit price out from the case price and the pack size, and shows the case price as well.
Because the cheapest listing is often the wrong one: a single retail unit, a supplier who will not open a trade account, or a page that has not been updated in a year. GSAi ranks by how well a supplier suits your business, and shows the price so you can decide.
Yes. Every result is checked to be the product you asked for. Results for a different product, and links that no longer work, are removed before you see them.
Partner catalogue prices come live from the partner on every search. Web results may be reused for up to 24 hours after they were first read, which is why the same search twice in a day comes back quickly.
Yes, once you have an account. Save any result and it is kept under Saved products, with the price and supplier as they were when you saved it.
Every result links to the supplier’s product page. Where GSAi can find them on the supplier’s own site, an email address and phone number are shown too.
Every account starts with a free trial, no card needed. Essential runs on our efficient sourcing model; Pro runs on our best model, for more accurate results and more usage. Paying yearly costs less than paying monthly. Enterprise runs on our most capable model, with several users and a set-up for your business, and is priced for each business. The pricing page has each plan’s price.
Each plan comes with a number of searches a month, and an amount of use of GSAi’s sourcing AI every 5 hours, every week and every month, yearly plans included. Pro carries more than Essential, and Enterprise more again; the pricing page gives each plan’s figures. A long conversation uses more of the AI allowance than a short one.
GSAi tells you when you are close and when it resets. Searches come back at the start of your next month, or 5 hours on if you have used a session’s searches. When the AI allowance runs out, Pro and Enterprise carry on with a lighter model; on Essential and the trial, searches keep working without the AI until it resets. To move to a larger plan, email info@gsai.uk and we will switch you.
No. Searches and AI use reset each month, on yearly plans too, and what is left does not carry over.
Log in and you can cancel or reactivate from your subscription page. If you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for: the month, or on a yearly plan the year. To move to a different plan, email info@gsai.uk.
